A few book updates! First: There’s gonna be a LOT of book updates the next few months. I worked a year and a half on the manuscript and I really want people to read it! I’ve had some amazing feedback on the preview version, if you check feliciadaybook.com there are blurbs by some of my favorite fantasy and romance authors, like Lev Grossman and Ernie Cline and John Scalzi, as well as wonderful Hollywooders like Neil Patrick Harris and Aisha Tyler. And on the updated cover design, we added that Joss Whedon kindly offered to do a foreword to my book! So I’m hoping that the quality of fancy voices endorsing it will help the book shine through all the other media you have to choose from and you’ll pick it to read when it’s out August 11th!

The book is now available in the UK and Australia and New Zealand, along with US and Canada, purchase links are on the feliciadaybook.com website. ALSO I’ll have book dates announced next week, AND there’s a sweepstakes happening at feliciadaybook.com/sweepstakes for anyone in the US who has pre-ordered! It’s my birthday tomorrow and this year has dropped a lot of adulting in my lap, family-wise, work-wise and just…mind-wise? I’m so grateful for everything that’s happened the last few years, good and bad, and it feels like I’m finally settled enough in who I am to appreciate where I am, and all the people around me. Friends, community like #TeamHooman, and all the viewers of the things I do. I genuinely enjoy what I’m doing every day for the first time in a while. I am eager to get my book out there and then work on the scripts I want to write, for myself and for others, and get back to the creative core of what I love: making things.
